this is
strange??? and slightly embarrassing since I usually don’t talk about my private matters on my blog
but as it turns out, my family is in need
bit of backstory: I am paying for college with student loans. it may not be the best option but it’s what is happening already so there’s not much else to say on that matter. I also took out a living expenses loan, which we were going to use to get a better home, where we won’t have to pay $1050 for rent. but soon after we got the first check, my grandmother on my mom’s side became very ill. we sent the money from the loan to my family in the philippines to help out, and my mom desperately wants to see her before she passes away. while both myself and my younger sister want to go, we just can’t afford it
TL;DR my grandmother in the philippines is dying and we cannot afford to see her before she goes
my mom is desperate to see her but we just cannot afford it
so to help maybe try and pay for it
I’m opening commissions and I KNOW that I probably will not get the $4000 needed to send three people to the PI and back I can at least TRY
